Shipping Policy

At Malik & Company, we aim to deliver your packaging solutions promptly and reliably.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): All COD orders are verified via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Partial Shipments: If any product is unavailable or fails quality checks, we may ship the rest of your order and inform you immediately of the adjustment.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–4 working days. During peak sales or high-volume periods, delivery times may extend.
  • Delivery Charges: Shipping charges are applied as per standard courier rates.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Malik & Company, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer easy exchanges for eligible products. 
  • Exchange Window: Products may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Proof of Condition: For quality assurance, customers are advised to record a short video while unboxing their parcel.
  • Processing Time: Return or exchange requests are processed within 15 working days.
  • Refunds: At present, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges or replacements are provided instead.
