Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Malik & Company, we want every order to arrive smoothly, securely, and without surprises. Here's how our Cash on Delivery option works.

Orders up to Rs. 5,000
Cash on Delivery is fully available. Simply place your order, and pay the courier directly upon delivery.

Orders above Rs. 5,000
For orders above this amount, we require a small advance payment so that the remaining Cash on Delivery balance stays within our Rs. 5,000 limit. This keeps the COD process fast, reliable, and secure for everyone, and helps us continue offering it to all our customers.

Here's what to expect:

• Once you place your order, our team will reach out to you (via WhatsApp or phone) to confirm the advance amount.
• The advance is simply your order total minus Rs. 5,000.
• Once received, your order is confirmed and dispatched as normal.
• The remaining balance (Rs. 5,000 or less) is paid directly to the courier on delivery, exactly like a regular COD order.
