Shipping policy
1. Order Processing and Dispatch
All orders placed on our website are processed and prepared for dispatch systematically.

Orders placed and confirmed before 3:00 PM (PKT) on a business day will be handed over to our logistics partner, TRAX, on the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (PKT) will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.

Please note that our fulfillment center is closed on Fridays, Sundays, and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next available business day.
2. Delivery Timelines
We partner with TRAX Logistics to ensure secure transit across Pakistan. While we strive for prompt delivery, all transit times are estimates provided by the courier:

Major Cities: 1 to 3 business days.

Other Cities and Remote Areas: 3 to 5 business days.
Malik Packaging Company is not legally liable for any delivery delays caused by the courier, severe weather conditions, public holidays, or inaccessible delivery locations. Once the shipment is handed over to TRAX, the risk of loss or delay passes to the logistics provider.
3. Volumetric Weight and Shipping Charges
Due to the nature of our products—glass and plastic packaging—shipping charges are heavily influenced by the physical size of the box rather than just the dead weight. All shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the volumetric weight of your order. You are responsible for all shipping charges displayed at checkout. If an order requires multiple cartons due to bulk quantity, shipping charges will reflect the total volumetric dimension.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) and "No Open-Box" Policy
For customers utilizing our Cash on Delivery (COD) service, please be advised of the following strict regulations enforced in partnership with TRAX:

No Open-Box Allowed: TRAX riders are strictly prohibited from allowing customers to open, inspect, or tamper with the parcel before the full COD amount is paid. You must hand over the exact payment to the rider before the package can be opened.

Verification: High-value or bulk COD orders may require telephone verification prior to dispatch. If we cannot reach you to confirm the order, it will be canceled.
5. Receiving Your Order and Transit Damages
Because we ship fragile materials, we require your vigilance upon delivery.

Do Not Accept Torn Packages: When the TRAX rider arrives, visually inspect the outer flyer or carton. If the packaging is visibly torn, crushed, or tampered with, you must refuse the delivery immediately and contact us.

If you accept a visibly damaged package without documenting it with the rider, you forfeit your right to claim damages for the items inside.

If the outer packaging is intact but you discover damaged items inside after opening (e.g., broken glass), you must contact us via WhatsApp (0339-5050991) or email within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the broken items and the original packaging.
6. Undelivered, Unreachable, or Refused Packages
TRAX will make standard attempts to deliver your package. The rider will call the phone number provided at checkout.

If the rider cannot reach you, or if the delivery is refused at the doorstep without a valid damage-related reason, the package will be returned to our Islamabad facility.

Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders at the doorstep will be blacklisted from utilizing the COD payment method for future orders and will be required to pay via bank transfer in advance.

For prepaid orders that are returned to us due to the customer being unreachable, original shipping fees will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items.
